A splendid two-hour hike through the trails of Tortuguero's National Park where you will enjoy the natural beauty of the region's tropical rainforest. Cerro Tortuguero is the highest hill in a vast area that is comprised of totally flat plains. From the Cerro Tortuguero highest viewpoint, you can appreciate the landscape that surrounds the canals, the jungle, and the Caribbean Sea. A beautiful naturalistic walk along paved trails and a stairway that will take you all the way to the top of the hill.
Allow us to guide you to the only dormant volcano in Tortuguero. A 15-minute boat ride will take you to Cerro Tortuguero, which serves as a landmark for turtle arrival. This is just the beginning of an unforgettable adventure, discovering the secrets of Caño Palma, a river that will lead us to the magical Laguna 4, a place where only a few venture.
